About These Clips
Turner Classic Movies
The Only Thing Cut 3 x :30 Image Spots

mix of 4K and 2k resolutions so we could overcrank. It was a quick turnaround before the holidays so only Deli and Girl were conformed to the KONA 10 bit RGB codec before everything was output to HDCAMSR at 1080i.

The spots were then color corrected shot to shot through the DaVinci, cloned to HDCAMSR, and the final audio mix was added back at Turner. The client thought we pushed the "Deli" spot too dark and contrasty so they had it "brightened" up in FCP. That is what you see here. There is some staggered motion that does not exist in the final slips as well. Our cameras performed like champs on the set and the clients nearly hit the floor when the SDI video assist monitor powered up.
