Introduction
RedRelay is dedicated to providing your production a safe and secure way to transport your footage worldwide without the hassle of overnight shipping fees, burning discs or handling hard drives. All footage uploaded to our servers can only be accessed by the people on your production and our data team at our offices located in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Space Usage
Online storage space is intended footage. However, any kind of file may be placed on the server including, but not limited to, Red Camera associated files such as DPX, R3D, and TIFF. All file types are covered under any NDA your production may require.

Prices, Payment and Termination
To inquire about prices, please email us. Payments may be made with any major credit card or via PayPal. Upon conclusion of the pre-determined time period, access to the account will be closed. You may choose to extend your access to the account for two days in order to retrieve your data or you may choose to extend your contract according to a price package listed above. Seven days after the conclusion of the pre-determined time period, all files will be permanently removed from our servers unless an extension of contract is arranged.

Non-Disclosure Agreements
The RedRelay team will be monitoring the flow of data and checking for viruses in order to maintain a stable and secure working environment for all our clients and therefore will have access to your production's files. All non-disclosure agreements, supplied by your production company and signed by the RedRelay representative assigned to your film, will include all officers, agents, servants, or employees of our parent company, Perennial Media Entertainment.
